See and feel the difference
This is what a week at ExpertSwimCamp looks like. Do you recognise yourself in this?
Ambitious swimmers who want to go further
Train like a pro in the heart of Tuscany. Seven days built around one goal: swimming faster. Two focused sessions a day in a professional 50-metre pool, structured dryland work, personal video analysis of every stroke, and all the space you need to concentrate on your sport.
Since 2013 we have run international competitive swimming camps in Spain and Italy. As an official Arena partner we keep our groups deliberately small, split into training groups by level and age, so every swimmer gets personal feedback from the coaching team in every session - in the water and beside it.
- Around 23 hours of guided training across seven days: pool, dryland, seminars and video analysis
- Personal video analysis of all four strokes, starts and turns, reviewed one-to-one with a coach
- Measurable progress: personal bests recorded before camp and measured again in the weeks after
- Mental coaching and recovery breathing - racing hard starts between the ears, and recovery is a skill you can learn
- Hard work and real enjoyment in balance: afternoons at the beach, a pizza opening night and a full theme park day
Arrival Sunday 25 April, departure Saturday 1 May. For competitive swimmers aged 10 to 18 who train with a club at regional level or above. Coaching is in Dutch and English; our staff are with the group all day, and with the accommodation package overnight too. The camp fee covers all training, seminars, video analysis, lunch and dinner. Add accommodation at the resort (6 nights, full board, 24/7 supervision) and the guided flight with transfer during booking.
