FAQ Swim Camps 2027

Expert Swimcamp is designed for ambitious competitive swimmers aged 10 to 18 who are serious about improving. Your child does not have to be an elite athlete, but should train at a swimming club and swim competitively.

Every camp is coached by an Olympic or national champion.

Our camps are intended for swimmers aged 10 to 18. For the specific age limits per camp, see the camp detail page.

The early bird price ran until 31 October 2026. Now from €1,295 until 31 December 2026, then €1,495.

On camp there are swim coaches, a dryland trainer, an activity leader, supervisors and a photographer/videographer. Mike is always there as coordinator, never as a coach.

Parents are welcome at arrival and departure. With the full camp and the stay option, your child sleeps with the group. You're welcome to stay nearby yourself and to come and watch now and then. With Day Camp, your child stays with you at the resort itself.

Camp participation starts from €1,295. For Swim Camp May 2027 a deposit of €500 reserves the place. That deposit is not refunded. The balance is invoiced separately and is due at least 3 months before the camp. The way to pay for another camp is on the camp page.

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Bancontact via our secure payment platform Mollie.

Airport transfers are not included. Ask us about a paid transfer. There is also a train station a 5-minute walk from the resort.

Our camps take place at various top European locations such as Italy, Spain and other countries with excellent training facilities. The location is listed on each camp detail page.

For Swim Camp May 2027 a deposit of €500 reserves the place. That deposit is not refunded. The balance is invoiced separately and is due at least 3 months before the camp. Important: extras such as accommodation are booked in the participant's name and cannot be cancelled via Expert Swimcamp. For these we recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover. On request, Expert Swimcamp provides the booking documents for your insurer. The cancellation terms are in the terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation and medical cover. It is not mandatory but protects your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.

After enrolment you receive a welcome email with login details for the parent portal on expertswimcamp.com. Through the portal you track payments, complete the intake form and manage your child's details.

The intake form must be completed no later than 4 weeks before the start of the camp. You receive a reminder if this has not yet been done.

Changes to participant details are possible via the portal. For changes to the camp or cancellations, contact us at info@expertswimcamp.com.
