Organising a training camp yourself takes months
Finding a pool that frees up lanes, the playing field or the diving pit at your times. A hotel that can handle thirty athletes, with meals that fit around training. Transport from the airport. And an invoice your treasurer can actually work with. We do this every season; for us it is a few phone calls.
What would you like to organise?
You pick the format, we build around it. Everything below works on its own, and everything can be combined.
Torn between two formats? Tick both in the request and you will get a proposal with both prices side by side.
Not just for lane swimmers
The set-up is the same for every discipline: we arrange the water, the beds and the meals, you train. Only the facilities and the programme differ. What a venue actually has, we check for you in advance.
Competitive swimming
Your own lanes in a 50 or 25 metre pool, at the times you specify. Two sessions a day, with room for a test set or an in-house meet.
What we arrange: lanes at fixed times, starting blocks and a gym.
Diving
A diving pit with springboards and, where the venue has one, a platform tower. We ask in advance which heights are available and whether the pit can be cleared at your times.
What we arrange: the diving pit at your own times, plus a dry training room where there is one.
Water polo
A playing field with goals, deep enough to play properly. Room for small-sided games and conditioning; a friendly against a local club can be discussed.
What we arrange: a field with goals, balls at the venue and a room for dryland work.
Artistic swimming
Deep water in uninterrupted blocks instead of separate lanes, and underwater sound where it is available. On land, a room for figures and choreography.
What we arrange: deep water at fixed times, sound in or beside the pool, and a room on land.
Masters and open water
Masters train at their own pace, with the same facilities and the same accommodation. For open water we look for a destination with safe outdoor water close by.
What we arrange: lanes at more relaxed hours, and for open water a supervised swim spot nearby.
Several sections at once
Swimmers, water polo players and divers in the same week at the same venue. One place to stay and one invoice, but its own water and its own programme per group.
What we arrange: the pool timetable puzzle, so no group has to wait for another.
Is your discipline not listed, a lifesaving club or a swim school for instance? Put it in your request and we will find out what the venue can offer.
A travel agency arranges beds. We arrange the training too.
Most training camp providers are travel companies: they book a hotel and hire lanes. We come from the pool deck ourselves and handle the travel as well. That shows exactly where things tend to go wrong.

Build it yourself
Every quote is made of blocks. What you do not tick, you do not pay for.
Your own water at your times
StandardLanes, a playing field or the diving pit: the number and the times you specify. No waiting for the public to get out of the water.
Facilities per discipline
StandardBoards and towers, goals and balls, deep water with sound: we check with the venue up front what is there, and what needs to be brought in.
Accommodation and full board
StandardApartments or hotel rooms on one site, with meals planned around the training sessions.
Gym and dryland training
StandardOn site, so no bus ride to get there. Four hours a week is common.
A point of contact on location
StandardSomeone of ours who knows the way, speaks the language and knows how the pool works. Saves you an afternoon of figuring things out.

OptionFilming above and below the water, reviewed with the athletes on the same day.
A clinic session inside the camp
OptionOne element in the spotlight: starts, turns or the individual medley, taught by our specialist.
Test set or in-house meet
OptionMeasuring at the start and at the end, so the week produces hard numbers.
Nutrition and recovery workshop
OptionAn hour with the whole group on eating around training, sleep and recovery.
Mental coaching
OptionDealing with competition nerves, either as a group session or in short one-to-one conversations.
Airport transfer
OptionA coach for the whole group, both ways. You book the flights yourself.
Parents and board members travelling along
OptionParents or board members can stay on site, with their own programme alongside the training.
Who stands in front of the group
Our coaches swam at the highest level themselves. You decide whether they join in, and if so how much.
Prefer to work with your own coaches only? That is fine. Then you use us for the water, the accommodation and the food.
Meet the whole teamWhere would you like to train?
Tell us what you are looking for and we will come back with a proposal. Even if you have no destination in mind yet.
Your own pool
For a clinic or a single evening session we come to you, wherever in the country you are.
Close to home
Pool, accommodation and meals within the country. No flights, no passports, and easy to oversee for young swimmers.
Southern Europe
Torremolinos and Málaga in Spain, Piombino in Italy: 50 metres outdoors, warm water and a short flight.
No preference yet
Tell us what it has to have: course length or board height, budget and maximum travel time. You will get two or three destinations side by side.
What such a week looks like
Images from training weeks and camps at the venues we work with, from the pool deck to the diving tower.
Whenever it suits you
Your camp does not have to coincide with one of our own camps. That happened to be the case for the first clubs, but it is not a condition: you choose the week that fits your season plan, mid-season included.
Would you rather be there at the same time as our camp?
That works too. You train in your own water with your own programme, and the groups meet each other at dinner. Some clubs choose this deliberately.
What such a week looks like in concrete terms
Every quote is tailor-made, so this is not a fixed package. It is the week we put together most often, with the specifications alongside it so you know what to picture.
And if you want something else?
Shorter is possible too: a long weekend, a midweek stay, or water hire only without accommodation. This example is about lane swimming; for diving, water polo and artistic swimming the week looks the same, with the diving pit, the playing field or deep water instead of the lanes. Tell us in your request what you have in mind and we will work it out.
What it costs
The price depends on the format, the group size, the period and the location. Every quote states one amount per person or one amount for the group, so your treasurer knows exactly where they stand.
Clinic
For the whole group, not per participant. The coach you choose, the travel time and the number of participants set the amount.
Training weekend close to home
Very much dependent on the pool and the season. You get an amount per person, including accommodation and meals.
Training camp abroad
A week with five nights for thirty athletes, including accommodation, full board, pool hire and gym.
What the quote says is what it is: no extra charges afterwards.
One invoice, not thirty payments
You get the invoice in the name of the club: a deposit after approval and the balance well before departure. How you split it within the club is up to you.
Paying, changing and cancelling
What a treasurer wants to know before signing, without having to ask for it.
Payment
- One invoice in the club's name, not thirty separate payments.
- As standard, a thirty percent deposit within fourteen days of your approval.
- The remaining balance no later than six weeks before departure.
- A different payment schedule is negotiable; mention it in your request.
- All amounts in the quote include VAT.
Changes and cancellation
- A request stays free of obligation: only your approval creates an agreement.
- Names, numbers and room allocation can be changed up to the participant deadline at no extra cost.
- If someone drops out after that, it depends on what the venue charges us; we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
- The venue's cancellation deadlines are always set out in full in your quote, before you sign.
- We advise the club to take out travel and cancellation insurance for the group.

How it works
From first question to departure, in four steps.
You request a quote
Which discipline and which format you are after, how many athletes and coaches are coming and roughly when. Two minutes of work, and nothing is set in stone.
You receive a tailored proposal
Usually within two working days. One fixed amount, a list of what is included and what is not, and how long the offer stands.
Approve with one click
No printing, signing and scanning. You tick the options you want, click approve, and it is settled.
You handle the rest in your own portal
Entering participants, assigning rooms and seeing what has been paid. We send the guest list to the location.
Everything in one place, also after approval
As soon as you approve, your file is ready.
- You fill in the participant list yourself, up to the deadline we agree together.
- You do the room allocation; you know best who can share with whom.
- You can see which instalment is outstanding and when it is due, with the invoice number.
- The guest list for the location comes straight out of our system. No more retyping lists.
Your members data, properly handled
Medical details, allergies, dietary requirements and identity numbers are stored encrypted. Only those who need them have access, every view is logged, and after the camp they are deleted automatically. The location only receives what it needs to assign beds and cook; medical information is not shared.
What you can count on
Four commitments that appear in every quote, whichever format you choose.
No obligation until you click
A request costs nothing and commits to nothing. Only when you click approve is there an agreement.
One fixed price per person
What the quote says is what it is. No surcharges afterwards for things that should have been in there.
Changes up to the deadline
You change names, numbers and room allocation yourself up to the agreed date, without amendment fees.
One fixed point of contact
Beforehand someone who knows your file, and during the camp someone of ours on location.
What participants thought
Reviews left by parents and swimmers after our camps.
Thank you!

Frequently asked questions
Can we bring our own coaches?
Yes, and that is the starting point. You train your own athletes. Your coaches simply stay with the group; in the quote they count as participants because they sleep and eat too.
How big does the group have to be?
For a training camp it becomes interesting from around twenty people, and at thirty athletes you get the sharpest price per person. A clinic has no minimum, and clubs with too few participants can join an existing camp.
Can we choose the dates ourselves?
Largely, yes. Spring break and summer are the busiest, so there we think along in whole weeks. Outside those periods there is far more room, mid-season included.
Is travel included?
You book the flights yourself; that is almost always cheaper than if we do it. The transfer from the airport to the location can be added to the quote as a coach for the whole group.
What if someone drops out?
It happens. Up to the participant deadline we simply adjust the numbers and recalculate the outstanding instalments. After that it depends on what the location charges us; we will tell you honestly what is still possible.
How do we pay?
By invoice, in the name of the club. As standard a thirty percent deposit within fourteen days of approval, the balance no later than six weeks before departure. A different schedule is negotiable.
What happens to our athletes medical data?
It is stored encrypted in your file, visible only to you and to our staff, and deleted automatically after the camp. Every time someone views it, that is logged.
Will there be other groups at the location?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. During the holidays our own camps run at the same locations; pick a week outside those and you have the pool to yourselves. Either way you train in your own water with your own programme.
Can we book just a clinic, without a camp?
Yes. A stand-alone clinic in your own pool is one of the most requested formats, and no training camp has to follow.
Can we really book an Olympic coach?
Often yes, but it depends on their schedule. Send in a few possible dates and we will tell you honestly who is available. If nobody is, we will propose a coach from our regular team.
Does our camp have to coincide with one of yours?
No. You choose the week, school holidays or not. The fact that the first clubs were there in the same week as our own camp was a coincidence, not a condition.
Can two clubs go together?
Yes, and it often improves the price per person. We then draw up one quote per club, so each treasurer keeps their own invoice.
We are not a swimming club but a water polo, diving or artistic swimming club. Is that possible too?
Yes. The set-up is the same for every discipline; only the facilities and the programme differ. Tell us in your request which discipline it is and what you need in the water (goals, boards, deep water with sound), and we will find a venue that has it and confirm that before the quote.
Can several sections of our club come along at the same time?
Yes, that happens regularly. Everyone sleeps and eats in the same place and you get a single invoice, but each group trains in its own water with its own programme. You can tick more than one discipline in the request; add the numbers per section in the message field.
Shall we look at what is possible?
Request a proposal without obligation, whichever format you have in mind. Nothing is committed until you click approve yourself.
Rather talk it through first? Call or message us, that works too.
